Telecaller Outbound – Field Sales / Promoter

Description:
In this role you will work in the field and by phone to promote products or services, generate leads and engage customers. Candidates will need to travel locally (within Narasaraopeta area), possibly on a two-wheeler, and use smartphone for lead generation plus tele-calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use smartphone and 2-wheeler to visit local neighbourhoods, meet potential customers.
• Generate leads, convince prospects to commit, follow-up calls.
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, customer data (PAN, Aadhar, bank account).
• Monitor targets/kpis (sales volumes, number of calls, closures).
• Work in day shift, six days a week (as typical for this kind of role).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have a bike and valid 2-wheeler driving licence.
• Bank account, Aadhar card, PAN card required.
• Education: For some roles, even below 10th pass is acceptable.
• Good convincing/communication skills, local area knowledge of Narasaraopeta.
• Willing to do field work and tele-calling.

Role Details:

• Salary: Up to approx ₹20,000-₹25,000 / month (for the telecaller role) in Narasaraopeta.
• Shift: Day shift, full-time, with field + tele-calling responsibilities.
• Area: Local area (Arundelpet, Prakash Nagar, Narasaraopeta) so familiarity with the region is a plus.
• Good for someone comfortable with both field work and customer contact.
