Telecaller (Outbound)

10th pass, fluent in Telugu, handling outbound calls for loan/credit card offers.
This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan or credit-related services. You will explain product details, record customer information, and generate leads while following company call scripts. The job requires good communication skills, the ability to meet daily targets, and coordination with the back-office team for documentation. Maintaining proper call logs and ensuring quality service are key parts of this job.

Role Details:

• The person will dial outbound leads provided by the company (or sometimes handle inbound leads), promote services/products (e.g., loans, cards, subscriptions) and aim to convert leads into customers.
• They are responsible for updating customer interaction records, tracking disposition (call result), following up on promising leads, coordinating with back-office/operations for documentation.
• Must meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, possibly negotiate or upsell.
• Often work shifts (especially in BPO/tele-sales), need resilience and persistence.
