Front Office Staff (Female Only)

Role Details (Key Responsibilities):

  • Manage the reception desk: greet patients/visitors, register them into the system, direct them to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle telephone calls: answer incoming calls, transfer to the correct department, take messages, schedule appointments or bookings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date front-office logs and patient records: ensure registration details are correct, files ready, waiting area tidy.
  • Liaise with other departments (nursing, medical, billing) to coordinate patient flow, appointment schedule and front-desk communication.
  • Provide general administrative support: prepare front-desk reports, manage visitor badges or entry passes, ensure supplies (forms, stationery) are available, maintain confidentiality of patient information.
